We provide the full uniform for the session, so there's nothing to buy beforehand. Send them in something comfortable and easy to change out of, like tracksuit bottoms and their own t-shirt, plus a pair of sliders or slip-on shoes so they can get on and off the mat quickly.

Yes. We have a comfortable seating area for parents so you can settle in and watch your child on the mat. Most parents tell us it quickly becomes the highlight of their week.
