Common questions

What if I want to cancel?

No drama. We ask for two full calendar months' notice and a short exit interview so we can understand what was not working. If there is something we can fix, we would rather know.

Are there any extra costs?

No. Gradings and promotions are included, so once your child has their uniform the monthly fee is all you pay. No surprise invoices.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, with at least 14 days' notice. We will just ask for the reason behind your freeze.

Your freeze starts on the first of the following month, and you can freeze for one to three months at a time, up to three months in any 12 month period.

Why does it cost more than a gym membership?

Because it is not the same thing. Football and swimming are great. But martial arts push your child through real challenges, again and again, and teach them to stay calm through it.
